We're honored that the 18th Street Fashion Show has been a highly anticipated event in Kansas City for over eight years. What started out as a handful of local designers sharing their love for fashion, has turned into the region's most notable platform for groundbreaking style and artistic expression. Each year, the event becomes bigger and better than imagined. And we're excited to announce that next summer, we're expanding onto Wyandotte Street under The Lid.

What's The Lid?

The Lid will be a removable structure that covers Wyandotte Street for outdoor events, especially the annual West 18th Street Fashion Show. With the help of our creative friends at El Dorado Architects, The Lid will not only illuminate the street at dusk and cover the designers' creations from weather, but also provide a comfortable and hip spot to view the latest fashions from the region's finest designers.

Like most things in life, this structure comes at a price.
